Overall, my stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom setup of the rooms was nice, but dealing with bugs and ants was a big downside. The service needed improvement with delayed responses and lack of apologies. On the bright side, the location was ideal for easy access to the airport and away from the hustle of the strip. The dining options were good, but the early breakfast time was inconvenient for early travelers.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Hardrock casino and Hofbräuhaus. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but some amenities were lacking. The service was friendly overall, but there were issues with billing. The dining was above average with some exclusions. The hotel facilities could use some updating.
